Sunrise Bridal Session Pt. 2 in Ida Gulch

Ida Gulch is one of those Moab wedding venues that everyone gets wrong. Like, everyone, I’m not exaggerating. Between beautiful backlit sun and harsh shadows, all I ever see are photographers choosing harsh shadow time.

I’ve just gotta say it - this why you hire a local photographer. I lived right across the street from Ida Gulch and Fisher Towers for years so I saw the way the sun hit the mesas and hills at every time of day.
