I’m Danielle, a Grand Teton elopement photographer who lives at Colter Bay in Grand Teton National Park from May to October.
I first came to Grand Teton while hiking the Continental Divide Trail and I’ve found myself drawn to the Wyoming mountains ever since. Between work and life in Grand Teton, I’ve witnessed these peaks and valleys at every time of day. I know the way our weather builds and breaks and what time the sun sets behind the Tetons. I’ve seen the valley from the top of the Grand Teton and the mountains from the center of the Snake River.
Whether your day involves a gathering of loved ones atop Rendezvous Peak or just the two of you beneath the rising sun, I’m here to guide you with the ease and skill that only a true local can.

More than a photographer
Planning an elopement here isn't just about finding a beautiful view (there’s a lot of those!). It's about knowing how Grand Teton and Jackson Hole work.
Local knowledge
Living inside Grand Teton National Park means I know far more than where to stand for a pretty photo. I know when afternoon storms tend to build, which locations become the most crowded at what times of day, where the light is best throughout the day, and how to create backup plans when the weather doesn’t cooperate with our timeline.
Planning support
To be clear, I’m not a planner and complex days may require one. But every couple receives personalized planning assistance, including location recommendations, permit guidance, timeline creation, and my private planning resources. My goal is for you to spend your wedding day enjoying it, not worrying about logistics.
Honest photography
My approach is calm, documentary, and true to color. I'll offer guidance when it's helpful, but I won't turn your wedding into a photoshoot. The best photographs happen when you're fully present with each other.

Your wedding should feel like a wedding—not a photoshoot. I have a lot of tips and ideas that will help create beautiful photos but generally I aim to capture real moments.
Whether you're exchanging vows at sunrise, hiking to a quiet overlook, or celebrating with family beneath the Tetons, my goal is simple: help you slow down enough to actually experience your day. And just as importantly, capture images that will bring you right back to Grand Teton National Park.
I'll guide you when you need it and step back when you don't. That means you'll have space to laugh together, take in the scenery, hug your family, and enjoy the unexpected moments that often become the most meaningful memories.
Your gallery should remind you not only what your wedding looked like, but what it felt like.

Every collection includes planning assistance, location recommendations, permit guidance, timeline input, and photography coverage tailored to your day.
Most Grand Teton elopements begin at $5,800 for five hours, with longer collections available for couples planning multiple locations, outdoor adventures, or sunrise and sunset coverage.
